01 How long does logo creation take?
You will usually receive the first draft within 5–10 working days after we receive all the necessary information.
02 Do we need to draw a sketch ourselves?
No. You do not need drawing skills or a fully formed idea. Simply send us your team name, preferred colours and, if available, example images, logos, mascots, styles or motifs that you like.
Rough notes, screenshots and links also help us understand your ideas. We use these to develop an individual logo concept for your team.
03 What happens after purchase?
After purchase, you receive the next steps for the briefing. You can provide your team name, colours, sport, preferred motifs and style, and upload example images or existing ideas. You do not need your own sketch. Design work begins once we have all the information.
04 What is included in the revision rounds?
Two focused revision rounds on the selected design are included. Major changes of direction or entirely new concepts may incur additional charges.
05 Which files will we receive?
You receive the final files as EPS and PNG. Other formats can be agreed individually if required.
06 Which usage rights will we receive?
You receive exclusive digital usage rights to the final approved logo, with no time limit. The logo will not be licensed to any other customer.
07 Can we have the logo printed on products ourselves?
Physical items featuring the logo are produced exclusively through Jerseyboys. Production by third parties is only permitted after a prior written extension of the usage rights.
08 May Jerseyboys show the logo as a reference?
Jerseyboys may show the finished logo as a reference on its website, in its portfolio and on social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
